  • Chain links breaking without force
  • Structural defects in the jewellery
  • Discolouration due to manufacturing fault
✗ Not Covered
  • Damage from misuse or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage from chemicals, perfume, or bleach
  • Items that have been altered or repaired elsewhere
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage from swimming in the sea or pool

Warranty Coverage Details

All products sold by Minella Jewels come with a 6-month manufacturing defect warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use and care.

The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation email) is required for all warranty claims.

Under this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item at no charge. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer a product of equal value as a replacement, or issue store credit.
