Orders & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery takes 2–6 business days after dispatch depending on your location, via Delhivery. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order ships.
Yes! COD is available across India. A small COD handling charge of ₹40 or 2% of the order value (whichever is higher) is added at checkout. No upfront payment needed — pay when your order arrives at your door.
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping charges apply based on your delivery zone (calculated at checkout). You can also track estimated shipping charges by entering your pincode during checkout.
Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID or the email/phone used at checkout. You can also use the Delhivery tracking link sent to you via SMS after dispatch.
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 90800 14835. Once the order is dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Product & Quality
Our jewellery is coated with a special anti-tarnish layer that prevents oxidation and discolouration. Unlike regular fashion jewellery that turns your skin green or goes dull within weeks, Minella pieces stay shiny for months with minimal care.
Yes — our jewellery is 100% waterproof. You can wear it in rain, while sweating, or even in the shower without damage. However, prolonged soaking in chlorinated or salt water (like swimming pools or the sea) should be avoided to maximise longevity.
All our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, please contact us before ordering and we'll advise accordingly.
With proper care, our pieces can last 6–18 months or longer. Key tips: avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals; store in a dry place; and wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. See our full Jewellery Care guide for more.
Most of our bracelets, anklets, and rings are adjustable and free-size, fitting most wrist and finger sizes. Product pages mention sizing details where applicable. Check our Ring Size Guide if you're unsure.
Returns & Warranty
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Read the full Refund & Exchange Policy for details.
All Minella Jewels products come with a manufacturing defect warranty. If your jewellery breaks or the finish wears off abnormally within the warranty period (not due to misuse), we'll replace it. See our full Warranty Policy.
We're so sorry! Please take a photo of the damaged item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 90800 14835 or email at minellajewels@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

All online payments are processed securely via PayU.
Yes. All payments are processed through PayU, one of India's leading and RBI-licensed payment gateways. We never store your card or UPI details on our servers. The checkout is fully encrypted via HTTPS.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return is received and verified. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. For online payments, the amount is refunded to the original payment method.
